Property investment company St Martins has unveiled newly refurbished office space at 150 St Vincent Street in Glasgow city centre.

Works have seen the main entrance and reception area overhauled and commissionaire staffed.   The building also boasts a variable air volume comfort cooling and heating system and Light Guide7 compliant lighting.

Nine secure parking spaces are provided for use by tenants.

Alex Braybrooke, senior property manager at St Martins, is convinced that the upgraded space can perform competitively.

He said: "The available space has already attracted a great deal of interest.

"We are confident that 150 St Vincent Street meets the high standards that occupiers expect in this location.

"St Vincent Street is a prime location for businesses and we are delighted to be launching our new office accommodation."
