Clydebank's queen
October 6 2008
Clydebank’s Queens Quay sets the scene for the towns latest office development, a 27,000sq/ft, four storey pavilion from Reiach & Hall.Scheduled for completion in February 2009 the commercial space is intended to satiate a growing demand for quality office provision sparked by the ongoing Clydebank re-built initiative, which has done much to transform the fortunes of the former shipbuilding community.
Located within the mixed use Enterprise and Learning district the zinc clad structure will, it is hoped, promote local employment opportunities. The scheme is being promoted by the Scottish Government and Scottish Enterprise Dunbartonshire.
