Rothesay development is a beaut

The keys to Mansefield Place, Rothesay on the Isle of Bute have been symbolically handed over to Fyne Homes by Collective Architecture in advance of tenants moving into their new homes.The project provides 19 new properties for social rent with a mix of four bedroomed three storey town houses over three floors, two storey housing, cottage flats and a dedicated wheelchair unit.
A key feature of the building is the two storey mansard roof with bay windows angled towards the scenic views. The project continues to explore Collective Architectures use of reclaimed brick seconds and also incorporates solar panels and super insulation.
