Georgian townhouse serves as a New Town business hub
January 21 2021
An Edinburgh townhouse has been fully refurbished at the hands of Scotwood Interiors with Moho Architects and principal contractor Artemis Interiors to provide modern office accommodation for business investment firm BGF.
Over 20 weeks, the Georgian townhouse at 36 Melville Street was transformed through the introduction of bespoke joinery, Italian wallpaper and Belgian ceramic tiling.
Spanning four floors accommodation comprises a variety of meeting rooms as well as a gym, open-plan offices and a 'club space' spanning the entirety of the first-floor to entertain clients.
The fully equipped space includes a bar and kitchen as well as a ceramic gantry, glass features and LED lighting sourced from France.
Led by Edinburgh Commercial Project Management the project completed in December.

Added bonus of a bar with an enormous telly for all those 'sorry, I have to work late tonight darling' scenarios especially during those European footy nights.
That's exactly the type of facility a boss should provide for his staff!!
