CALA launch 118 Kirkintilloch homes

CALA Homes are to bring 118 homes to Kirkintilloch, East Dunbartonshire, with the launch of a mixture of flats, homes and townhouses collectively named Beatrice Meadows.

The homes have been designed to the housebuilders ‘light and space’ standards which marry open-plan layouts with the prioritization of natural light.

Liana Canavan, sales and marketing director at CALA Homes (West), commented: “Beatrice Meadows covers the full spectrum, from apartments and townhouses to family homes – it is a development that will grow with its residents. Our Help to Buy option, coupled with its many transport links to the centre of Glasgow, make it the perfect choice for first-time buyers and young professionals working in the city.”

In tandem with its Kirkintilloch venture CALA has also launched a further 48 houses in Lenzie in addition to 184 homes for Larbert spread across two separate developments.

You have to hand it to CALA. They excel at mediocrity. Their key people all have first class honours in the mundane,

Once more hollow promises from Cala. From bitter experience, they get planning permission, with appropriate restrictions, and then do whatever they want. Any promises or agreements are written in sand. They are taking over these villages, a hub of mediocrity and their so called affordable houses are phantoms.
