Halliday Fraser Munro beef up Glasgow presence
September 3 2019
Halliday Fraser Munro is beefing up its Glasgow studio three years after exiting the city on the back of a flurry of major projects led by the Barclays Campus.
A renewed focus on the west coast has seen the practice take office space at Queen’s House on St Vincent Place, enabling it to create 12 additional posts with the promise of a further six positions over the coming year.
Led by managing director David Halliday the office will aid delivery of the practices largest single project in the city to date, as well as position it well for further commissions amid a newfound sense of optimism.
Halliday said: “With a steady pipeline of work coming on stream for Glasgow and the surrounding area, it was clear that we needed to invest in a larger permanent base here.
“We have developed a reputation for delivering large-scale complex projects with a boutique design practice approach: that is exactly what our growing client base is looking for and is demonstrated by the high value of the projects we have been appointed to work on."
HFM is also poised to handover a shared education campus in Airdrie to North Lanarkshire Council.

Erm, no you don't. If anything, HFM have the complete opposite reputation! I wonder if the Advertising Standards Authority need to be informed?!
