Drum Property Group has begun marketing its latest development with the release of the first homes for sale at the 108 apartment G3 Square development in Finnieston, Glasgow.

The mix of one through to three-bedroom apartments feature a mix of open plan living spaces within a contemporary sandstone block designed to harmonise with neighbouring tenements while offering modern conveniences such as lift access.

Residents parking will be accommodated in a landscaped rear courtyard with prices starting at £160k

Those elevations are rotten. Give me a well designed high quality HA flat any day over these.

What on earth is up with the Architecture in Glasgow?! Why is the output so consistently poor - it rivals Aberdeen as being the most woeful in Scotland. Shocking.

Actually I would say that the standard of new architecture in Glasgow is the least bad; its the market with the most money in Scotland. However being the least bad isn't exactly something to celebrate...

At least they are using some decent materials. Far too many projects in Glasgow are approved with cheap render that looks dirty and terrible after about 3 months and is only to maximise developers profits. Planning need to be more strict on higher quality materials being used so that buildings last and look better for longer.
