Royal Highland Centre events pavilion takes shape
April 29 2019
Robertson Construction has marked the first tangible signs of delivery at a new pavilion for the Royal Highland Centre at Ingliston with the installation of the steel structure.
Designed by Holmes Miller as an events space is targeted to complete at the beginning of 2020, offering 180,000sq/ft of flexible floor space suitable for hosting conferences and other gatherings.
David Cairns, managing director at Robertson Central East, said: “The steel structure being erected is a major milestone in the project and one that highlights the significant progress we have made since beginning work earlier this year. Construction will continue over the coming months and we look forward to handing over the building to RHASS early next year.”
A raised viewing gallery will also offer an uninterrupted outlook across the main show arena.
