Seaforth House completes £2m refurb

Jones Lang LaSalle report that the art deco Seaforth House at Hillington Park is now ready for occupation Citylink Development Company Ltd have invested £2 million in refurbishing the building which now features large areas of glazing, a double height glazed entrance and DDA compliance.Seaforth House offers over 15,000 sq ft of office space over two floors and has the potential to be subdivided into 1,500; 5,000; or 7,600 sq ft offices. The property also benefits from 44 car parking spaces and is on the market at a rental of £15 per sq ft.
