March 25 2019
Urban Union have unveiled the latest batch of homes to be built at the Muirton Living regeneration scheme in Perth.
Located close to the town centre on the old grounds of St Johnstone Football Club the scheme has been developed in partnership with Perth & Kinross Council.
The Anderson comprises a mix of one-bedroom apartments delivered in partnership with Caledonia Housing Association and Fairfield Housing Co-operative.
The £17m renewal project has been designed by Barton Willmore.
An earlier phase of 102 affordable homes was delivered at the end of last year.
The 12-year regeneration programme saw the demolition of 594 homes, now replaced by 409 new build properties

A bit of turf, a few spindly trees planted right next to the building and 50 metres of the cheapest offering from www.railingsRus.com... poor effort on creating either usable or attractive space - 3/10

#1 Bit harsh to be fair- no doubt planting season will see some uplift in greenery. Working with a tight budget no doubt I think the building/materials look good. 8/10
