CALA dig in at £100m Jordanhill Park
October 15 2018
CALA Homes have taken possession of the former Jordanhill Campus, clearing the way for the developer to begin delivery of over 400 homes.
Close to £100m will be invested across the 31 acre-site, renamed Jordanhill Park, with the B-listed David Stow building retained as its centerpiece.
Work to deliver this vision will begin immediately with the erection of site hoardings to block access to the campus whilst demolition and construction activity takes place.
Jim McIntyre, managing director, CALA Homes (West), commented: “Jordanhill Park is a landmark development for CALA, with its mix of homes to suit all, from young professionals to growing families and downsizers. Located in the heart of Glasgow, this development will provide the city with much needed well-built, high quality homes.”
Designed by 7N Architects the first apartments are expected to be delivered by early 2020 on Southbrae Drive.
