September 13 2018
Urban Union is showcasing the latest homes to be completed at its Pennywell Living development in Edinburgh by inviting potential purchasers to view an indicative show home.
Located around two miles from the city centre the development targets first-time buyers with the offer of open-plan living dining spaces and en-suite master bedrooms.
Kirsty Robertson, sales and marketing manager at Urban Union commented: “We are confident that The Spence has much to offer house-hunters across capital as it is a fantastic apartment that suits both professionals and young families.
“The immaculate finishing of The Spence apartment really needs to be seen to be appreciated as it is a brilliant example of the calibre of homes available at Pennywell Living. Those interested in the property are strongly encouraged to visit the new showhome to take in the feel for the development as a whole.”
Planning permission was recently granted for the third phase of Barton Willmore’s Pennywell masterplan, which will ultimately deliver 315 mixed tenure homes.

What surprises me is that 50 years on from the San Cataldo cemetery is that the memory of this ascetic project can still permeate the residential language of architects.
Which is to say, they are both devoid of life.
That's architects for ya, I daresay.
