Estelle Sykes, sales director at Barratt West Scotland commented: “Having a third floor opens up a world of options for home buyers. Last month CALA introduced a similar townhouse range in Bearsden.

"open plan living room and separate dining space with integrated kitchen" - Interesting description for a single room with a tiny kitchen jammed in the corner and a dining table you would have to move out the way to get to the sitting area...
It's pretty depressing

Must say i do like the design better than the bog standard box design that's popping up allover the place.
