Queensberry Properties acquire River Kelvin residential development

Queensberry Properties are striking out west after taking possession of a residential development site at Otago Lane in the heart of Glasgow’s west end with planning consent for 45 flats and four townhouses.Located on the banks of the River Kelvin close to Kelvinbridge underground station the site benefits from close proximity to the University of Glasgow.
A spokesperson for Queensberry Properties commented: “This first site in Glasgow is a significant milestone for Queensberry. We have recently delivered some of Edinburgh’s most successful prime residential developments and look forward to bringing our expertise in innovative design and carefully considered, bespoke specification to the West. An established developer in Edinburgh Queensberry have delivered a number of schemes including projects at Dirleton, Bonnington and Peebles.

This is bad on so many levels. How long the lamers and total ignorants will do the job of a proper gfx designer and/or visualization artist? Watching this mediocrity is utterly painful.
