Classes commence at Tarbolton Community Campus

Combining a primary school and early years centre with sports, leisure and library facilities the campus offers space for 337 children at full capacity.
Councillor Margaret Toner commented: “With a purpose-built, modern space children can now learn in the best possible environment, while the library, leisure facilities and other community spaces also allow the widest public access and use of the facilities.”
Delivered by Morrison Construction to designs by AHR the build took just over a year to complete once contracts were signed.
School facilities will be made available for public access
The new campus was specified to meet local demand for school places

Indeed monkey9000. The money for the curved fascia piece would have been better spent on the vast featureless ceiling. Was there no possibility of a roof light...........

It is shameful to see something like that built. Especially that small children are going to learn and develop in this hideous building,.... and what a ugly school entrance. Why would children enjoy going to school?

If the contractor had understood the curved bit, they would have VE'd that out too. Clearly snuck through. Ceilings an easy target...

I hope those boxes are to get the kids into crossfit. Apart from that there is nothing going for this....
