Edinburgh office refurbishment to move on-site this week
August 2 2016
Corran Properties are to press ahead with the refurbishment of a 1960’s office block on Charlotte Street within Edinburgh’s west end this week.Randolph House will be overhauled by architects ISA to provide 9,000sq/ft of open plan accommodation to meet occupier demand for a city centre address.
This will see current services and facilities upgraded to a shell state leaving finishing, flooring and lighting to be installed to the specification of individual tenants when work concludes in January 2017.
Nick Ball of Corran Properties commented: “Randolph House is in a prime position, sitting amidst the eclectic mix of restaurants, bars and shops of Edinburgh’s vibrant west end and we are confident that its redesign of bright new office and restaurant space will attract a lot of interest.
A ground floor unit is being lined up for restaurant use.

There fixed that for you.
Refurbishment? Knock it the hell down, it's an abomination surrounded by beauty.
