Malcolm Fraser granted planning consent for Berwick-Upon-Tweed schemes

Malcolm Fraser Architects has been granted planning permission for two new residential projects in Berwick-Upon-Tweed.
The first scheme consists of 19 flats with a restaurant on the ground floor and garage facilities, which will replace the vacant Youngmans showroom and former Salmon Inn buildings.
The second project will see the construction of 20 flats to replace the Playhouse cinema on the Sandgate and aims to create a dense but neighbourly and modern development that will compliment its surroundings.
