Oliver Chapman designs Mews conversion

The conversion of derelict A-listed Mews property in Albany Street Lane, Edinburgh has been designed by Oliver Chapman Architects for a private client.The existing garage will be converted into a two storey dwelling with an open living area on the upper storey, exposed to the expressive ceiling form above.
The zinc clad roof is designed to respond to the historical context of the area as well as allow light and retain privacy for the occupants.
