Dundee college library in line for re-clad

Dundee & Angus College is to proceed with a full external re-clad of a library and tower block at its Kingsway Campus.Overseen by Arktx the work will see all windows replaced together with the attachment of anodised aluminium mesh panels, ivory coloured insulated render and horizontal Rockpanel cladding.
Other works will see the creation of a new entrance extension as well as the installation of an ornamental perforated screen at roof level to hide plant.
The seven storey block will also benefit from ground level public realm enhancements should the application prove successful.
