Titan Investors seek approval for Broadway Two office block

Designed by Cooper Cromar the 10 storey build will offer 180,000sq/ft of grade A accommodation, including a ground floor restaurant, adjacent to the Citizen M hotel.
First proposed back in 2007 initial plans called for a residential block before later revision to commercial, the Renfrew Street elevation has lain derelict since demolition of the old STV headquarters.
It follows Titan’s decision to sell a separate 95,000sq/ft unrealised scheme on the city’s Cadogan Street.

I wonder if Titan plan to sell this one before or after they actually build it.

i would imaignie they 'plan' to sell it as soon as feasibly possible, ideally after the majority of the building is let to Grade A tenants, thus defining its market value...
