Town Centre Securities has completed a new Waitrose store in Milngavie, completed in partnership with the former West of Scotland Football Club who have received a new all-weather rugby pitch.

Richard Lewis, property director of Town Centre Securities PLC, said: “Our development of the Waitrose Milngavie store is a superb example of excellence in design construction and collaboration between TCS, Waitrose, West of Scotland Football Club, McLaughlin & Harvey and East Dunbartonshire Council, in order to bring about a considerable benefit to the local community. “

Built by McLaughlin & Harvey the 36,000sq/ft store has been designed by the Harris Partnership.
