Aberdeen’s £18m Third Don Crossing delayed till 2016

A public meeting to inform local residents of progress being made on the delivery of the Third Don Crossing is to be held on 1 June after the project was delayed from late 2015 to January 2016Representatives of contractor Balfour Beatty and Aberdeen City Council will be on hand at the event to bring people up to speed on progress so far in the delivery of the90m span single carriageway road.
Councillor Ross Grant, commented: "Progress is being made on the Third Don Crossing and we would encourage people to go along to the meeting with questions or concerns.
"This meeting is an excellent opportunity for residents to see for themselves the extensive landscaping plans that we have developed for the area. These plans are an integral part of the positive measures being taken by the City Council for the local environment."
Anyone interested in attending is invited to St George's Church, Hayton Road, Tillydrone from 18:30.
