CCG begin work on new look Libberton Primary
May 26 2015
CCG have begun delivery of a new Libberton Primary School on behalf of South Lanarkshire Council as part of the authorities primary school modernisation programme.Replacing the existing facility the new lookschool will incorporate a multi-use games hall and will take advantage of energy efficient features such as solar panels and a ground source heat pump to reduce bills.
CCG director Calum Murray commented: “Using state of the art offsite manufacturing we are able to build the new Libberton Primary School to factory quality standards in the shortest time possible. Further, with the integration of our research and development division in the build process, we will work to maximise the benefits of the energy saving measures being installed.”
Work on the project began in early April with handover anticipated by December.
