Architecture Scotland wins Website of the Year

ArchitectureScotland.co.uk was last night (29 November) announced as the winner of the Website of the Year at the Scottish Magazine Awards 2007.
ArchitectureScotland won against stiff competition from five other website nominations including www.list.co.uk, www.scottishweddingdirectory.co.uk and www.tgomagazine.co.uk. The awards were announced at a dinner attended by 400 at Dynamic Earth in Edinburgh.
The judges praised the the site on its relaunch and "...its success in a number of key performance areas with astonishing increases in unique users, page impressions and online revenues." Designed by Edinburgh-based Work Interactive the site has grown over the last 12 months with support from a wide range of companies and individuals in the architecture sector.
ArchitectureScotland complements its quarterly publication Prospect and offers a weekly news update; showcases every new building in Scotland and provides a forum for users to debate and interact. The website also offers platforms to for architects, products and suppliers to provide information. The website was developed and designed by Edinburgh-based Work Interactive.
