Clydebank affordable housing project moves on site

West Dunbartonshire Council and Cube Housing Association have begun delivery of 54 new homes for affordable rent at Beardmore Place, Clydebank, part of a commitment to deliver 300 such homes over the next three years.Built by CCG and designed by MAST Architects the one and two bedroom properties will be available from September 2015 and are described as ‘modern, stylish and energy-efficient.’
Councillor David McBride commented: "It's fantastic to see the partnership deliver such a positive contribution to new affordable housing at such an early stage. With advanced plans to deliver hundreds more new affordable homes to meet identified housing need, this is great news for the West Dunbartonshire community."
A separate development of 33 homes at The Scholars, also in Clydebank, was completed in July.

I really don't understand why we are still using white render.

I agree Paddy .... Ban It - It looks like crap after a week in Scotland - It should be a planning condition of every building ever approved anywhere in Scotland .... Nae White Render
