AAB select Aberdeen’s Prime Four business park for new HQ
November 20 2014
Accountancy firm Anderson Anderson & Brown has signed a 15 year lease in a new headquarters building at Aberdeen’s Prime Four business park, Kingswells, following submission of a detailed planning application.Designed by Halliday Fraser Munro on behalf of Drum Property Group, the L-plan 45,000sq/ft build is arranged around a glass atrium and is due to complete by Spring 2016, subject to approval.
Drum managing director Graeme Bone said: “AAB will be the first professional services firm to arrive at the park, widening the mix of complementary support industries to the tenant base. Prime Four is now established as one of the world’s major energy hubs and we look forward to announcing additional new tenants from the sector in due course.”
Work is scheduled to get underway by Easter 2015 and follows the recent completion of a De Vere hotel on the estate.
