Aberdeen’s Pilgrim House conversion completes

Pilgrim House, situated next to the recently completed headquarters of GDF Suez, replaces a former fish processing factory which has been extended and remodelled for its change of use.
Designed by Cumming and Co this has seen a corner tower element added and the use of feature granite cladding.
Neil Finnie, Miller Cromdale development manager, said: “The Food Standards Agency’s commitment to Pilgrim House is an endorsement of the development and we’re confident the remaining space will prove attractive. Our experience in the office market, particularly in Aberdeen, ensures the design and specification of the building has been tailored appropriately and we’re delighted to have completed a high quality development at the heart of the city.”

Calling 1998... something appears to have fallen out of your Kingspan catalogue and found its way to Aberdeen 2014. Can you come and pick it up please, the wavy quiff stair tower roof is frankly embarrassing now.
