Gareth Hoskins nominated for UK Architect of the Year Award
October 31 2007
Gareth Hoskins Architects has been shortlised for Building Design's UK Architect of the Year Award for Public Buildings.
The Glasgow-based practice is the only Scottish practice to be shortlisted, and faces competition from some leading London-based firms at the awards this Thursday (November 1st).
The practice was shortlisted on the basis of projects such as The Bridge Arts Centre in Easterhouse- already a winner at the Scottish Design Awards, RIBA National Awards and Roses Design Awards - and the soon to be completed Culloden Battlefield Memorial Project.
