Glenwood Health Centre unveiled

NHS Fife has unveiled the £4.25m Glenwood Health Centre on Napier Road, Glenrothes, following the projects handover by BAM Construction and the Skene Group.It is the first project to be completed under the East Central Hub framework and provides space for nine GP’s who have relocated from the Lomond Medical practice and Glenwood Medical Practice.
Doug Keillor, regional director, BAM Construction said, “It is a credit to our project manager and his team that he not only achieved completion on time and on budget, but also defect free.”
Designed by Halliday Fraser Munro the two-storey structure has attained a BREEAM Excellent rating.

Defect free? Obviously not referring to the design.
