Latest Aberdeen office proposal goes in for planning
March 11 2014
Robertson Property has submitted plans for a speculative office development on the outskirts of Aberdeen, their third such scheme in a year.Located on Altens Industrial Estate the £15m Archial Norr designed property is being marketed as either an HQ property for a single occupier or for multi-use tenants and will offer 62,500sq/ft of space.
It follows the completion of Technip’s Aberdeen HQ by Robertson last September and the planned delivery of Grainger House, which received planning consent in January.
Martin Smith, development director at Robertson Property said: “This type of project underlines the diversity of the Robertson Group. The new office, if granted consent, will be developed by Robertson Property and built by our local Robertson construction business which has been established in the city for more than 25 years.
“The site already has permission for 50,000 sq ft of office accommodation within three pavilion style buildings. We have sought to rationalise this into one and deliver a striking building in a prominent location that would make an ideal HQ for one of the city’s many up and coming businesses.”
A decision on the application is expected to be taken over the summer.

I am sure this is just a wild coincidence but the design above looks rather familiar to this design from 2008................ http://www.sutherlandhussey.co.uk/commercial/haymarket_1.htm

No resemblance at all. One is 3 storeys and the other is 4. Gulp.
