Scottish Enterprise bio-incubator fit out completes

A full internal fit out of a Scottish Enterprise backed bio-incubator at Eddinburgh’s BioQuarter has been completed by Robertson.Known simply as Nine the £24m life science building was designed by Michael laird Architects and offers office space, cafeteria and laboratory accommodation for start-up businesses.
The £3m fit-out entailed installation of a raft of mechanical and electrical services as well as lab furniture, partition walls and ceilings.
Regional Operations Director of Robertson, Bob Gray, said: "It's an honour to be involved in such a high profile project that represents significant development for Scotland's entire life sciences sector.
"We have produced a state-of-the-art laboratory suite suitable for the needs of technicians and scientists to work at the heart of Scotland's world-leading life sciences industry."
Nine is located adjacent to Sheppard Robson’s Scottish Centre for Regenerative Medicine.
