The Grange business centre officially opened

A new business centre in Stevenston, Ayrshire, has been officially opened by Irvine Bay Regeneration Company.Designed by cooper Cromar the 1,000sq/m premises incorporates a ground floor supermarket with offices above and is intended to encourage new businesses to the area.
It occupies the site of a former bingo, from which it takes its name, and has already secured its first tenant.
Cabinet secretary Alex Neil, who officially unveiled the centre, said: “The new business centre will bring a focus back to the town centre and will help attract businesses and new jobs to the town. It is entirely fitting that the site, which has always played a pivotal role in the life of the town, has been regenerated for the benefit of generations to come.”

It is pretty poor to be honest. All over the place. Are you sure it wasn't just designed by Scotmid?
