Queen’s Jubilee Card competition opens

A competition to design and manufacture an original 3D ‘pop-up’ card to mark the Queen’s Jubilee year has been launched by The Worshipful Company of Chartered Architects and the Commonwealth Association of Architects.Open to all architects and students of architecture registered in a Commonwealth or CAA member country the competition is designed to provide an appropriate landmark design for the occasion.
Shortlisted cards will thereafter be placed on public display in the City of London for a period of two weeks whilst a public vote to determine the winner is conducted.
Entrants must register for the free competition by March 20 and submit designs no later than April 20.
The winning entry will be handed to the Queen on her 86th birthday the following day.
