Hotel chain Malmaison has agreed to take a 35 year lease of Dundee’s B listed Tay Hotel, part of a regeneration of the wider waterfront area. The historic 91 bedroom hotel is being redeveloped by M.E.C Services (International) Ltd in conjunction with Curious Design & Architecture.
