Gilzean becomes Chief Architect

Ian Gilzean, the head of the Scottish Executive’s Architecture Policy Unit, has been named as the new Chief Architect of Scotland. Gilzean fills the space left by John Gibbons when he retired from the post in April 2005.Read next: Fresh bid for development at Park Circus
