ISA progress Apex Temple Court conversion
Ian Springford Architects are on site of their latest development for Apex Hotels, conversion of an existing 1950s office building into a 186 bedroom, 4 star hotel.

Located within the Inner Temple conservation area of London the project will see the existing structure partially demolished and extended to provide a best fit solution for the operation and servicing of the hotel.

It will see guests arrive from Fleet Street via a listed central courtyard space from which was previously used for car parking and which has now been turned into a public space.

Incorporated into the development is a grade 1 listed office block which will remain in operation throughout the construction process.
Budgeted at £20m the scheme is due for completion in March 2012.
