Elevate East Lancashire, the housing renewal market pathfinder, is seeking developers for a number of brownfield sites which are now ready for development across the five boroughs of East Lancashire - Blackburn with Darwen, Burnley, Hyndburn, Pendle and Rossendale. Projects will include large-scale refurbishment projects, land clearance, remodelling and new developments. Response has been good, with 31organisations attending a recent developers\' open day.

Elevate Chief Executive Max Steinberg explained: “During the next two years, Elevate will unlock around 13 hectares of land for development. But this is just the beginning. Ours is a long-term project that will run during the next 10-15 years and will see town centres re-invigorated and the economy boosted. We are looking for developers who are interested in working with us to build a better future for East Lancashire.”
