Zoo Architects has just been granted planning permission for this housing development on Balloch’s Pier Road, near Loch Lomond.
The frames will be constructed from Trossachs-sourced green oak. A further phase will develop the block as \"villas \" along the road, and will look east over the west riverbank site, set to be developed as Phase 2 of the Lomond Shores project.
