Scottish Design Awards open for entry

The 2011 Scottish Design Awards are now accepting entries at www.scottishdesignawards.com, with a deadline of Friday 4th February.But don’t dally, entries received before 7th January will receive a 20% early bird discount.
The SDA recognise the very best in architectural and graphic design work being produced in Scotland and are open to buildings/projects built in Scotland, buildings/projects designed by Scottish Architects/engineers/lighting designers but sited anywhere in the world.
Categories in the architecture section of the awards cover interiors, architecture, engineering, place making / master planning, environmental and future buildings.
This year there will also be a range of new categories making their debut appearance, including best building awards in the leisure/culture sector, health, education and retail.
