JM net BCSE award for Elms Court School

JM Architects have received a BCSE award for ‘Best extension, refurbishment and remodelled school’ for their Elms Court School in Lambeth.The Edinburgh based practice fused old and new for the project which accommodates 100 pupils aged 11 to 16 with moderate learning difficulties.
This sees pupils benefiting from a sensitively refurbished Victorian building alongside new build extensions which provide added facilities such as a multi use games area, basketball court, music and technical departments.
JM meanwhile Hillhead Primary meanwhile is rattling on apace in Glasgow’s west end.
