Planning approval has been granted for the demolition of a Liverpool city centre car park for a £56m mixed use development.Comprising twin hotels 270 bedrooms and 113 student flats the scheme will replace lost parking facilities with a mammoth 247 space basement car park.
A two tonal palette of light and dark cladding materials has been selected to create an animated façade, responding to a tight triangular plan with a gentle curve on the city’s Oldham Street.
