Irvine Bay are seeking an architect with experience of designing and constructing new build offices and hotels to prepare a masterplan and building designs for a mixed use commercial complex at Ardrossan Quayside.

Fronting Ardrossan Marina the site extends to approximately 6,880sq/m and accommodate 2,000sq/m of offices, 200sq/m retail, 100sq/m of restaurant/bar usage and a 50 bed three star hotel.

A deadline for submissions has been set for May 14 with shortlisted companies being issued with Invitation to Tender documentation by May 28.

Tenders must be submitted by June 11.
