Fresh from a split with Gordon Murray and the gm+ad pairing Alan Dunlop has set up an independent practice known simply as Alan Dunlop Architect.

In addition Dunlop has recently been invited to give the end of year public lecture at the Bauhaus: The Dessau Institute of Architecture, the latest in a series of overseas speaking engagements the architect has taken.

Dunlop is expected to return to the UK early next week from the States whereupon a formal press release detailing events of the past week will be made public.

Gordon Murray will continue on with the newly abbreviated Gordon Murray Architects, managing a remaining staff of eighteen and honouring existing contracts.
