Ogilvie commence work on Bathgate civic centre

Work has commenced on a new civic centre for Bathgate, bringing council and community services together under one roof.Replacing the former Lindsay House building on the towns South Bridge Street the centre will incorporate a community hall, library, advice and information services, café and a landscaped garden replete with an orchard.
The makeover comes as part of a design framework for the town aimed at promoting urban design and public realm enhancements.
Ogilvie Construction is acting as contractor on the scheme
