Snow Architects win Liverpool hotel approval

It is hoped the putative scheme can revitalise the run down arterial route into the city and complement surrounding historic Georgian architecture.
Duke Street Developments are currently looking for an operator for the hotel and hope to commence work soon.

'Complement the surrounding Georgian architecture'? In what manner 'complement'? Are the two buildings being dwarfed by new build those to be 'complemented'?
