Archial Architects have been appointed to deliver a new entrance building and office at the Liverpool Innovation Park.

Space North West commissioned the £3.8 million project , part of a joint venture PPP involving the North West Regional Development Agency.

The design project involves the refurbishment and part new-build conversion of an existing office head quarters which will see Archial insert a new rotunda heart to the existing building.

Facilities will comprise reception areas with meeting spaces, a cafe/bistro, refurbished office accommodation and two new car parks totaling 271 spaces.

Work is scheduled to start on site May 2010 and to be completed by November 2010.
