Gleniffer Estates has been awarded planning permission for a new office and retail complex in Kinning Park, Glasgow.

The developer was given the green light to convert a 1950’s brick built building at 455 Paisley Road into a contemporary work and retail space with six dedicated parking bays.

Tenants lined up for the space include Tesco Express and legal firm Ross Harper who have agreed to lease terms.  

This leaves the property 90% pre-let with Gleniffer confident of finding a tenant soon for the remainder, which has planning consent for a hot food takeaway.

Work on transforming the building will begin in the Spring and is likely to be complete in July.
