Murphy submits Belfast health facility

Richard Murphy Architects have submitted plans for a new Mental Health Facility at ‘Old See House’, Belfast.It is the first of the practices buildings for the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, procured under the Northern Ireland NHS Primary and Community Care Infrastructure programme.
Designed in collaboration with RPP Architects the £5.2m project will bring together an outpatient consulting service, day patient service and a small short stay residential facility on the one site.
Subject to necessary approvals work should begin on site in early 2010.
