Urban Realm blog top dogs unleashed
September 14 2009
As Architecture Scotland gears up for its pending switchover to Urban Realm we introduce an all new blog section with five of the nations top opinion formers assembled to share their views on our built environment.Topping the bill is Napiers very own don of rapier wit who will continue the highly successful ‘Weekly Wrap’ column into the new look section, providing readers with more up to the minute commentary in readily digestible chunks of insight.
Joining Wilson are Paul Stallan, RMJM’s European Design Director, who will bring a uniquely visual take on RMJM’s continuing work, curating a tapestry ensemble of striking images in his online gallery. Willie Miller meanwhile is uniquely placed as head of his own urban design consultancy to bring you commentary on the latest planning issues, casting a critical eye over public sector investment in Scotland.
Also on hand is our American expat in London Mark Hogan, who brings unique insight to the workings of the capital. Approaching debates from a different perspective Hogan will open your eyes to a world of alternate views.
Further explosive commentary will be provided by John Woodward and Mark Anthony who will each approach the demolition agenda with instructive insight into recycling, Construction Design & Management and Health & Safety.
