Elgin receives the norths largest medical centre

Glassgreen, the largest medical centre in the north, has been completed in Elgin. Costing £7m, the facility will house general health related services together with the Linkwood Medical Practice in a build distinguished by solar controlled glass, cedar cladding and aluminium roofing.Forming part of the wider Southfield development area in New Elgin the area already plays host to a range of sports, retail and office facilities at the centre of a large new housing estate.
Designed by Mackie Ramsay Taylor of Aberdeen the Centre was built by Springfield for AW & JG Adam, who will lease the unit to NHS Grampian.
